Shipping, FAQ's and Things You Should Know


Here are some things you should know. Please read before purchasing:

{processing time} All in stock items are 'ready to ship'. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. Processing is approximately 7-10 business days PLUS standard shipping time.

 

Workshops and all gift cards purchased for workshops are non refundable but can be used for classes at any time or transferred to another person.

To keep your pottery looking its best and longest life, please hand wash.  Any pieces that are described to have gold detail should never go in the microwave.

All necklaces are made with gold toned chains and accessories that are nickel free.  The pendant itself is made of porcelain and should not be worn in tanning beds as it can conduct heat. To keep your pendant looking tip top, do not wear in hot tubs or shower and keep stored away from other metals.

{return policy}

I hand make every piece and no two pieces will ever be exactly alike and will come with their own unique birthmarks.  Pieces may vary from the photograph as they are all hand made and slightly different.  Ounce weight is approximate and I always describe the lower of the weight in the description. If you are at all concerned about what your individual piece will look like, you are welcome to email me and I will send you additional pictures.  My pieces do go through a thorough quality control test before I ship them.  Due to the uniqueness and this process, all sales are final but I am happy to send additional pictures and answer any questions you might have, just shoot me an email.

{shipping}

At this point I am shipping within Canada and the USA.  If you are out of country please email me for a quote. I take extra care on making sure every piece is professionally packaged and shipped with a ridiculous amount of bubble wrap and peanuts to reduce any issues that may arise.  If there are any issues upon receiving your pieces please send a picture and description on the date the package was received. Upon reviewing, I am more than happy to send out another item of equal value or store credit.

{custom orders & wholesale orders}

Unfortunately I am not taking on any custom requests at this time and I do not wholesale my art. However, if you have seen previous pieces I've made and would like to inquire if I can remake said piece, I will gladly respond.
